ANYWAY, because it's been so nice, we decided that now is the time for a picnic if ever there was a time! A little group of friends and I procured snackage at the nearby Market of Choice then found a sunny place to chow down. And, speaking of dinosaurs, we did play Raptor Tag where one (usually Lora) pretends to be a raptor until she can catch one of us and eat us, which turns us into a raptor. No escape. Since we were mostly running for our lives at that point, not many pictures were taken.
Sarah carrying Lora
There is a picture of Sarah carrying my friend, Lora. Having pictures of Sarah during our outings is rare because she is usually the one behind the camera.
Raptor Lora has Keefer treed! (Taken by Sarah)
Here is one picture of the great Raptor-ocalypse! Here, Keefer tries to evade the swift and cunning Lora. Little does he know that he is soon to be thrust to the harsh ground and torn limb from limb by the sharp fangs of reality. We shan't mourn him.
Bidoof came too!
I spent a lot of my time in the trees there. Back home in Alaska, you can climb almost every tree you see, and I miss that. Here in Ashland, you never know which trees are off limits so I've become something of a closet tree climber.
